Elliot S. Zaks, together with Joseph Rosenbaum, is one of the founders and Principals of Madison Title Agency and all the affiliated companies of Madison Commercial Real Estate Services. Before establishing the Madison organization, Mr. Zaks was a well-established independent real estate investor in the tri-state area.
Mr. Zaks received a Bachelor's degree and a Master’s degree from Beth Medrash Govoha College, and holds a New Jersey real estate sales license and a New Jersey title insurance instructor license. He also holds title producers licenses in 24 states. Mr. Zaks is an active member of the Lakewood, NJ community, serving as commissioner and formerly vice-chair for the Lakewood Housing Authority and is a member of the Lakewood Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. He is also a Board member of Yeshivas Orchos Chaim, a local elementary school. Most recently, Mr. Zaks was selected as an “Industry Leader” in 2010 by Real Estate Weekly, a publication serving the real estate industry.
