Esther Silverberg Rozsansky is Director of Operations for Madison 1031. A Certified Exchange Specialist®, Mrs. Rozsansky is the driving force behind the Madison’s 1031 division’s day-to-day operations. Overseeing all business functions for the company, Mrs. Rozsansky supervises the team of staff-exchange officers and sales force and works closely with in-house attorneys to ensure clients receive stellar service. Through her leadership, Mrs. Rozsansky has taken Madison Exchange from a small, upstart company to the multimillion dollar operation it is today.
Earlier in her career, Mrs. Rozsansky was Chief Administrator for a local real estate company. From there, she became involved in the title industry. While working with Madison Title, LLC, Mrs. Rozsansky recognized the opportunity that §1031 exchanges offered her commercial clients. She decided to focus exclusively on the §1031 business, which has thrived under her direction.
